Any
cancellation by you will result in the loss of any monies
already paid. You must give notice to cancel in writing or by
email. The scale is as follows:

BEFORE
YOU TRAVEL
You
must take out suitable insurance before you travel. You need
travel and health insurance to cover you and your party for the
duration of your holiday. We cannot be responsible for your
costs if you fail to do so
BREAKAGES
We
appreciate that people on holiday, relaxed and generally having
a good time. Whilst we do not want restrictive rules and
regulations we realise that accidents can happen. We ask that
you please inform us of any breakages so that we can replace
these items prior to the next guests arriving.
Damages
will have to be paid for.
DEPOSIT
The
initial deposit to secure the dates you chose will be £250.
We also
charge £200 to cover damages as explained above, which will be
refunded at the end of your holiday once the relevant checks
have taken place.

BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Should
you be unable to be at the villa on a date booked due to
circumstances beyond our control, i.e. industrial disputes,
flight delays, weather conditions, refunds cannot be given on
days lost.
We have a
few simple house rules where we would appreciate your respect
because ultimately these help maintain the quality product for
you and other guests:
The
Villa is NO SMOKING, however feel free to do as you please
outside!
Please use the shower before entering the pool as it helps
to keep it in the standard
you would wish to find it.
Please be careful with glass and crockery when used outside,
for obvious reasons
Please wear dry clothes on the sofas (throws are provided)
for your use
Please clean the barbeque before departure as this is not
part of our cleaners duties
DISCLAIMER
We
accept no liability for accidents or injury that may be
occasioned by you or members of your party while you are tenants
in the property.
Please be aware that most properties in Cyprus have tiled
floors/patios, (some are stepped) tiled staircases and
bathrooms. These can become extremely slippery when wet, please
be extra careful when showering or swimming.
This
property has a private pool, we advise you to ensure that all
children or non-swimmers are supervised by one or more
responsible adults in and around the pool area at all times.
Patio
tiles can become extremely hot and suitable footwear should be
worn.
You will
find emergency numbers in this file for local hospitals and
pharmacists should you need them.
